Villa Andretina is located in an area called Limanaki near Tsilivi only 50 m away from Limanaki Beach and 6 km from Zakynthos Town.

ACCOMMODATION

The Villa comprises five tastefully decorated two-bedroom apartments that can accommodate 4-5 people, one one-bedroom apartments that are suitable for 2-3 persons and one luxury apartment with sea view for 4 -6 persons.

All the apartments are fully furnished. They have kitchens with cooking facilities, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, a bathroom with shower and WC, satellite television, safety deposit box, air-conditioning and large furnished balcony with sea or garden view. Children's cot and high chair available on request.

For our guests we provide pleasant gardens for relaxing with sun loungers and umbrellas, BBQ and outdoor showers for your comfort.

Luxury Apartment
The luxury apartment measures 110sqm, is suitable for 4-6 persons. It offers panoramic sea views and private spacious gardens with barbeque area and wonderful views over the bay of Tsilivi.

The large attic apartment has a separate bedroom with double bed and in the living space there are two single beds. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave, coffee machine, electric hob and all utensils; comfortable lounge area with sofas, TV, DVD, internet connection, air-conditioning, open fireplace; luxury bathroom with double wash basins, hairdryer and bath; utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board; and of course stunning views over the Ionian Sea.
