Arkadia Hotel is a family run, luxurious hotel located on the heavenly island of Zakynthos, with a perfect location in a quiet area and only 250 m from the beach.

It is a newly built hotel established in 2005, in the traditional Greek village of Kipseli in the north of the island. Kipseli is a charming village, untouched by tourism and near the resorts of Amoudi and Tsilivi.

Amoudi is known for its quiet beaches and its Greek feel and Tsilivi is becoming one of the most popular resorts on the island, thanks to being surrounded by olive groves and having very pretty countryside, a great beach with watersports available, as well as growing reputation for a fun nightlife.

ACCOMMODATION

There are three types of accommodation available at Arkadia hotel: deluxe rooms, two bedroom apartments and deluxe two bedroom apartments with Jacuzzi. All of the rooms have been elegantly decorated with a wide range of modern facilities to ensure guests comfort. The rooms also have a spacious private balcony, with magnificent panoramic views over the sea and Zakynthian countryside.

Deluxe Rooms (1 bedroom apartments)
The studios are spacious and include a double bed with an orthopaedic mattress and an extra bed can be provided on request. A fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils will make you feel at home and the bathroom is spacious and includes a hairdryer and telephone. The studios come complete with satellite TV, music channels, air-conditioning (has both hot and cold settings, safety deposit boxes and ISDN internet line. All the studios have spectacular views of the beautiful Zakynthian landscape, with the surrounding hills and across the Ionian Sea.

Deluxe suite (2 bedroom apartments) 60sqm
The two bedroom apartments are 60 sqm in size and both bedrooms include a double and two single beds with orthopaedic mattresses, ample wardrobe space, satellite TV’s, music channels and a telephone. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom as well as including, air-conditioning, safety deposit boxes, ISDN internet connection and beautiful sea and hill views.

Deluxe suite with Jacuzzi (2 bedrooms apartments) 70sqm
The deluxe apartments at the Arkadia hotel are 70 sqm in size, and include two spacious bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The bedrooms and the kitchen all have their own private balconies with splendid views. The bedrooms have beds with orthopaedic mattresses, plenty of wardrobe space, satellite TV, and IDSN internet line. The bathroom is luxurious, with a Jacuzzi, hairdryer and telephone. All the apartments have air- conditioning, with both hot and cold settings.

Arkadia Hotel is located in the traditional village of Kipseli, so all our visitors can experience the real flavour of Greece- its landscape, customs and the famous hospitality.

Our hotel is only 250 m from the nearest beach, and there are numerous other beaches in the vicinity. The resorts of Amoudi and Tsilivi are easily accessible, and watersports are available from Tsilivi beach and Tsilivi is becoming one of the best places on the island for nightlife, in a friendly family orientated resort.

There is also a bus service to Zante Town, the capital of the island – a nice idea for a day out and to do some sightseeing and the bus stop is near the hotel.
