ACCOMMODATION
This brand new villa has been constructed using a combination of traditional Zakynthian and modern techniques to offer the guest a luxurious place to enjoy their holidays.
Set amongst olive groves the villa is suitable for up to six persons. The ground floor consists of a double bedroom; open plan living area with two futon sofa beds, TV, hifi; fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric hob, microwave, coffee machine and all utensils; dining area with table and chairs that can seat six persons and a bathroom with shower, wc.

The staircase leads to the second floor which has a further double bedroom, ensuite bathroom with shower, wc and a spacious balcony offering magnificent sea views.
The villa is surrounded by spacious verandas with outdoor furniture, is set in beautiful gardens with colourful flowers and tropical plants and has its own private swimming pool which has a starting depth of 1.5m.

LOCATION
Tragaki, next to Tsilivi bay, offers a great selection of sandy beaches and the nearest to the Breeze Villa is Amboula. The small village of Amboula also has a few shops and tavernas with the popular resort of Tsilivi being just 1km along the coast and it is here that you can explore the many bars, restaurants and shops.
The village of Tragaki is built on the north side of the Kavelaris hill, offering wonderful views of the Ionian Sea and surrounding scenery of vineyards, gardens and olive trees. Its crystal clear waters which have been awarded with Blue Flag from the EC, in combination with the fine white sand of its beaches make it an ideal vacation spot.
