Welcome to Villa Denise studios and apartments which can be found on the outskirts of Zakynthos Town in the seaside resort of Argassi.

Set in beautiful landscaped gardens surrounded by pretty flowers and trees with a beautiful swimming pool, it is an ideal place for relaxing holidays. The clear Ionian Sea and green lush mountains can be viewed from all balconies.

Villa Denise is a beautiful, clean and spacious accommodation with its own swimming pool and snack bar where you can enjoy a light meal or refreshing drink, there is also a BBQ within the grounds.

The family run complex consists of nine studios, six suitable for 2 persons (with twin beds) and three suitable for 3 persons (with one double and one single bed).

There is also two 2-bedroom apartments suitable for 4 persons (with one double bed and two single beds) and three 3 bedroom apartments suitable for 6-7 persons (with one double bed and four single beds).

All studios and apartments have air-conditioning, safety deposit boxes, 24hour hot water, fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and cooking facilities, bathroom with shower and furnished balcony with views over the sea. Maid service is three times a week and linen is changed twice a week.

The owners Denis and Maggie live on site. After working for 20 years with companies such as First Choise, Air Tours, Sunmed Sunworld, we have gained the experience needed to run the company accommodation independent as a family. The friendly family are helpful and can assist you with any information you may need during your stay.

We are also open throughout the winter season from October to May.

LOCATION

Argassi centre is just a three minute walk from the Villa Denise studio and apartments and is a lively resort with supermarkets, restaurants, tavernas, bars and tourist shops to explore.

The resort is centred around its one busy street that has a definite buzz that comes with being compact. Everything is easily within reach by foot but if you are looking for larger beaches then you can follow the road out of the resort which takes you to Vassilikos where there are many vast deserted beaches for you to enjoy including Porto Roma, Gerakas and St Nikolas.

Another benefit of staying in Argassi is that it’s also within walking distance of Zakynthos Town where you can visit the sights, shop and explore the area.
