Welcome to the Gardens Studios located next to Zakynthos Town, in an area called Kipoi. This pleasant accommodation offers spacious rooms with well kept green gardens, parking space and a sheltered veranda where you can enjoy your meal or coffee no matter what the weather is like, all in 1200 m2 of privately owned land.

ACCOMMODATION
The complex consists of 16 studios and 2 two-room apartments, situated on the ground floor and the first floor, with furnished balconies that offer beautiful views of the surrounding gardens.
All accommodation has a double bed and single beds, a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, two electric rings, a small oven, kitchen table, W.C., shower, TV, air conditioning and mosquito screens on doors and windows.
Each studio can accommodate 2-4 people and each apartment is suitable for 4-5 people. An extra bed can be added upon request. |

The rooms are available for teachers from the 1st of September until the 30th of June
and for vacationers from the 1st of July until the 27th of August.
The minimum stay is 4 nights.

LOCATION
Kipoi is a quiet area close to Zakynthos town and tourist resorts like Kalamaki and Argasi. Super markets, bakeries and all shops you may need during your stay are nearby. Enjoy clubs and bars in Argassi and a relaxing stroll by the island's central harbour. Take the bus or rent a car and go to any beach you like, spend your day exploring the rest of the island with its traditional villages or admire the view from Bohali hill also known as "the balcony of Zakynthos". |
