Located on the north part of Zakynthos, 2,5 km outside the village of Volimes, you will find the family owned "Katsaros Villas".
This complex consists of three traditional stone villas, a tavern belonging to the same friendly family and an animal farm in a quiet and peaceful, privately owned enclosed area at 450m altitude. |
The villas offer breathtaking views that include the blue waters of the Ionian Sea and the beautiful island of Kefalonia. Nature is at its best around this complex with shrubbery, wildflowers, trees and animals walking over grass, pebbles and red soil.
Breathe in the fresh mountain air while losing yourself in the magical colours of the sunrise and let your sight wander as far as it can go taking in the clear sky and the picturesque surroundings. Spend your day cycling, trekking, participating in agricultural activities, help tend to the animals or just admire the view from your balcony.

ACCOMMODATION
The complex consists of three stone villas traditionally decorated with pieces of carved furniture made of olive tree wood and the family owned tavern with an outdoor stone oven.
Villa Anastasia consists of two floors. On the ground floor, you will find an open space with a full sized and fully equipped kitchen, a living area with an open fireplace, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with W.C. and bathtub with Jacuzzi. A staircase takes you to the top floor where you will find 4 more bedrooms. All bedrooms include double or single beds. This villa can accommodate 12 people. |
Villa Dimitris and Villa Eleni are of the same type. On the ground floor, you will find an open space that includes a fully equipped and full sized kitchen, a living area with an open fireplace, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with W.C. and bathtub.A staircase takes you to the top floor where you will find two more bedrooms. All bedrooms include double or single beds. Each villa is suitable for 6 people.
The traditional tavern is run by the family and is an exclusive offer for Katsaros Villas guests only. It offers fresh home baked bread and meals upon request. It also provides snacks, drinks, coffee, etc.
