Villa "Pefkos" is a beautiful, traditional stone villa with private swimming pool and spectacular views over the Ionian Sea and Marathonisi Island.

The villa consists of three bedrooms all with double bed, two bedrooms also have ensuite bathrooms with showers and in addition the villa has another bathroom with bath tub.

The fully equipped kitchen includes cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee, machine and all utensils and a dining area with table and chairs for six persons.

Relax in the wonderful lounge area which has an open fireplace, plasma satellite TV, a sofa-bed and French windows leading outside to the decking and private swimming pool.

Villa Lofos - suitable for up to 9 persons

The word Lofos comes from the Greek word for hill and the villa is a two storey property measuring 120sqm with panoramic views over the Ionian Sea and the uninhabited island of Marathonisi.

The ground floor consists of an open plan spacious living area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and all utensils; dining table and chairs, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, Jacuzzi and spacious veranda.

The first floor has one further bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living area with large furnished balcony offering sea views.
The villa has its own private swimming pool, two TV's, two DVD/CD players, air-conditioning and can be rented as a whole or two separate apartments.

The "Oniro" villa has a unique panoramic view of the entire gulf of Laganas, is situated in a private location, is of a total of 80m² and can host up to six persons. It comprises of two double-bed bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, two sofa-beds, a kitchen, two bathrooms and its own private swimming pool with sunloungers and parasols.

LOCATION

The traditional resort of Keri Lake has a charming little beach with much to offer, such as boats for hire, trips to Marathonisi - Turtle Island, pedaloes as well as plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available and is a really picturesque part of Zante.
