"Myrties" is a complex of stone-built houses situated on the large farmland of the Logothetis family.
It is 500 meters distant from the eastern coast of Vassilikos and 1200 meters from the beach of "Gerakas" (within the National Marine Park) renown for the reproduction of the sea turtles "Caretta-Caretta".
On entering the complex there is the old farmhouse, built in 1911, recently renovated and converted into studios of 25 square meters for 2 to 3 persons and two apartments of 40 square meters with 2 bedrooms for 4 to 5 persons.
Maisonettes
The farmhouse maintains its old style, with wooden beams, old doors, wooden thresholds, ceramic tiles and a traditional wood-oven. It is surrounded by a lush garden with bougainvillea, hibiscus, myrtles, olive trees, cypress trees, rose trees and a large variety of other plants.

Accommodation - Studios
In the old farmhouse the studios are comfortable and consist of rooms with two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning, television, hairdryer, electric iron, private veranda onto the garden, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, toaster, electric kettle), bathroom with shower.

Accommodation - Maisonettes
Further eastwards, two new buildings, made of stone from the mountains of Zakynthos, comprise four two-storey maisonettes, with a beautiful view of the sea and farmland from their large verandas for pleasure and relaxation. They can house 2 to 5 people.
The maisonettes are built in traditional architectural design and have been furnished with respect to local custom. Carefully chosen Venetian type furniture made in Zakynthos, old family relics, hand crafted furniture from the Greek mainland, Granny's hand embroidered curtains, drawings by Nonna Ellen and hand made decorations, will make you familiar with the traditional Zakynthian home and give you a feeling of luxury, comfort and hospitality.
The maisonettes have a sitting room with sofa bed for 1-2 persons, dining table for four, satellite television, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen (large refrigerator, oven with electric stove, kitchen hood, toaster, electric kettle, electric iron) bathroom with bath tub. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom, which has a double iron-cast bed, sofa bed for one person, air conditioning, bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. There is an independent shaded veranda with a lovely view. An outdoor shower for the use of our guests in the yard of each building is available.
