The brand new accommodation has all modern comforts and facilities such as Jacuzzi, internet connection and plasma television. The complex is well known to visitors to Alykes, having provided comfortable accommodation for many years, in a quiet area between the resort of Alykes and the traditional Greek village of Katastari.

Alykes beach is simply beautiful; a gorgeous stretch of soft golden sand and it is just a short walk from the accommodation, as is the resort centre.

However, the complex itself has many facilities so you many not want to venture very far.

There is the popular Oscar bar, which is open every evening (it is far away from the new villa so guests will not be disturbed).

Also a mini market and snack bar are located onsite, as well as a private pool for guests of the villa, in addition to the main pool of the complex.

ACCOMMODATION

Oscar Villa luxury apartments housed in a modern three storey building. On the ground floor there are three studios which can be rented all together for up to 10 persons with connecting doors or they can be rented independently for complete privacy.

Each studio is suitable for three people and consists of one bedroom, which has a double and a single bed, a lavish bathroom complete with Jacuzzi bathtub and hairdryer and a fully equipped kitchenette *.

If the studios are rented all together the area will measure 100sqm and one studio has a sofa bed making them suitable for upto 10 persons.

The first floor consists of one spacious apartment that can accommodate 7 people with two bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen * and a spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and hairdryer, for guests convenience.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other bedroom has three single beds. The living room can also sleep two persons as has a double sofa bed.

The second floor is classed as a junior suite and measures 55sqm.

The open plan area Consists of a double bed, single bed and sofa bed and can accommodate 4 persons.

Within the apartments is a fully equipped kitchen*, a lavish bathroom complete with hydro massage shower and hairdryer, treadmill and other fitness equipment and beautiful décor throughout.

*All of the kitchens in the studios and apartments are fully equipped with a refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, electric hob, microwave oven, toaster and all necessary utensils.

LOCATION

In a quiet location Oscar luxury villa is surrounded by traditional Zakynthian countryside - olive grooves and fruit orchards. The marvellous beach is just 10 minutes walk away and it has shallow water so is ideal for all the family, even young children. Alykes resort centre is also just a short walk away, it is a popular resort with a friendly feel and a great range of shops, restaurants and bars.
