Seaside studios are set in a quiet area, just a short distance from the main road and the centre of Tsilivi.
The studios are also near to the marvellous Tsilivi beach, which has been awarded the impressive international Blue Flag award as it is an exceptionally clean beach, with soft golden sand.

The sand gently shelves into the sea and is therefore safe for children to play and swim.

Tsilivi beach has an excellent range of watersports and these have proved popular with guests who stay at Sea side Studios.

If a swimming pool is more your scene than the sea, guests at Seaside studios are welcome to use the nearby swimming pool at St. Dennis.

Just a short walk from the accommodation takes you to the centre of Tsilivi, with a wide range of shops, supermarkets, tavernas and bars – where there really is something to suit everyone!

Seaside studios have the advantage of being close to the resort’s nightlife should you wish to participate it is easy, but if you would rather have an early night you can be assured of a good nights sleep as the noise and action are far enough away not to disturb the tranquillity of our guests.

Seaside studios are suitable for families and couples who wish to have a memorable holiday, in a pretty, peaceful location on the picturesque island of Zante.

ACCOMMODATION

Seaside studios consists of 3 studios for three people, 5 studios for two people and an attic apartment for 4/5 people.

- The studios for 3 people comprise a double & a single bed.
- The studios for 2 people consist of twin beds and an extra camp bed can be provided (on request).

All the studios come equipped with an open-plan kitchenette, bathroom, private balcony or terrace, air conditioning and local television.

The attic for 4/5 people has 2 separate bedrooms – one is twinned bedded and the other has a double bed, a large fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, private balcony, air conditioning and local television.

LOCATION

Sea side studios are located in a quiet area of Tsilivi and are loved by our guests for their superb location.

The excellent Tsilivi beach is nearby as are swimming pools, so the accommodation has much to offer its guests. The centre of Tsilivi is also just a short walk away, ideal for shopping and for the wide range of restaurants and bars as well as the lively nightlife.

Zante Town is easily accessible on the regular bus service, which makes for an interesting day out to do some sightseeing, shopping and to visit the attractive Capital of Zakynthos.
