ACCOMMODATION

Villa Joanna consists of a two bedroom apartment suitable for 3-4 persons and studios suitable for 1-3 persons.  

The apartment has two separate bedrooms one with double and the other with single beds, bathroom with bath and shower, spacious fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooking facilities and all utensils and furnished balcony overlooking the sea.

The studios are spacious with double or single beds, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, iron and private verandas overlooking the sea and surrounding countryside.

LOCATION

Vassilikos is famous for its stunning scenery, many gently rolling hills, olive groves, pine trees and spectacular clean sandy beaches which shelve gently into the sea making then safe and ideal for swimmers of all abilities.

The Villa Joanna is located close to Mavratzi Beach and within easy walking distance to the other beaches including St Nikolas Beach where you will find many watersports and Gerakas beach which is famous for the endangered loggerhead turtles known locally as Caretta-Caretta. The area is dotted with traditional Greek Tavernas and a few shops.
