Villa Vivian is a family run complex tucked away in a quiet corner of the most famous resort on the Island of Zakynthos - Laganas!

The complex offer numerous facilities and three different types of accommodation to ensure a great holiday for all ages.

The friendly family are available at all times to assist you with anything you may require during your stay and it is highly recommended for families, couples and groups of friends.

ACCOMMODATION

Villa Vivian comprises of three types of accommodation: studios, one bedroom apartments and two bedroom apartments.

Studios - can accommodate 2-3 persons and consist of two single beds (with space for an extra bed if necessary), television, air-condition, fully equipped kitchenette with kettle, toaster, fridge, electric rings and utensils; separate bathroom with shower and furnished balcony.

Villa Vivian has many facilities within the complex to ensure guests have a memorable holiday and a comfortable stay including swimming pool and onsite snack bar offering refreshments and snacks throughout the day. The accommodation is open for business seasonally (May - Oct).

LOCATION

Laganas is the resort that made Zante famous and it has something for all ages. The fine sandy beach is the longest bay of all and is located within the boundaries of the National Marine Park, in place to protect the turtles. Laganas is bustling with nightclubs, bars and fast food outlets but there is also a more traditional side to the resort with shops and tavernas offering Zakynthian cuisine.

The Villa Vivian complex is situated in beautiful well kept gardens with exotic plants and flowers; this complex is in a unique area, quiet and relaxing yet just 100m from Laganas Main road.
