Just got back, and it's been hot!!

Just got back from 2 weeks in alykanas and man it was hot. That suits me fine, plenty of cooling down in the sea and local pools and thirst quenching on a couple of Ice Cold Amstels. I miss it already.
Stayed at Danny's this time and recommend it. Not much around it, but it doesn't take long to walk to the busy areas.
Couldn't find a decent breakfast, tried Busters, it wasn't bad but didn't make me want to go back and tried Millenium, the same but cheap. Both were ok. But timepeice was better.
I'm a fussy eater so probably not a good judge. The best food we had was Matelena, all freshly cooked.
The worst food we had was the Apollo, the place was packed and everybody was moaning, the beer was alright though.
Cant wait to go back.

Glad you had a good time. I agree Time Piece brekkies are good but you should have walked a bit further and tried Cosy Corner most definitely the best in resort and excellent value for money. Have to try it out next time.

Thank you mr blackpool, i am touched by your comments. I am writing a more in depth review but have not had time to finish it yet, so keep looking on here for it. Thank you for the advise cathy. i was told about cosy corner but could not find it. we are back soon so will try to give it a go.

Cosy Corner - can't miss it - opps you could!!!! sorry Shortie. Main street turn towards beach at the Letsos, walk down till the road opens up then STOP and look to your left, you will see a lovely garden walkway. Look up and theres the sign!!!!!

Cheap too! brekkie 3 - 6 euros - depends what you have, but that was two years ago, won't have gone up i don't think. And great fun too!!!!

Fly out Friday 13th, can't wait!!!
