Going to Princess Hotel in September anyone been there?

If you mean Princess hotel with the Mavrias appartments then yes, went last year.

~We stayed at the Mavrias appartments so can't comment on the hotel rooms. Appartments were lovely, best i've been in.

The pool area is lovely and clean and tidy with nice loungers etc. The bar is friendly and the food great.

My only issue and is one that stops me going back is the level of music from the bar. It started morning and went on all day and night. depending on who wa behind bar depended on level of noice. I love music but it got to the point where we couldn't sit on balcony because the music was intrusive. We have kids and it was hard o get them settled as we had to close doors to keep it quieter. In the end we had to get air-con! Complained twice about the music and some days it was better.

But it is a really lovely place and you can't fault it for location etc. At the top of the road out of the complex there is a to-die-for patisserie. just perfect for cakes day and night.

We found the bar noisy at the Plaza pallas where we stayed last year. But what can you do.

It's hard isn't it.

We have asked for a room as far away room away from bar as possible at Plaza Pallas. We didn't have any option at the Princess Mavrias as the self catering was adjacent to it.

Hoping this year we will be a bit further away, lol
